Description
This secluded house was recently built on the waterfront of picturesque
Dalaruan Bay along the Sabang Peninsula close to Puerto Galera and La
Laguna. The house is octagonal with the main living space and one bedroom
on the main floor, the main bedroom suite upstairs, and the staff quarters
below. It has an open sala overlooking the sea. The sala can be transformed
into a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom on the top
level facing the sea has a spectacular view. The house has a private
dock and moorings and a motorboat that takes guests to many beautiful
beaches within a few minutes from the house.

Facilities and Amenities
This villa is right on the waterfront, and most activities involve going
to places by boat. There are plenty of bays and beaches nearby to visit;
the further you go from the harbour of Puerto Galera, the more secluded
the beaches become. The nearby coastal towns of Sabang and La Laguna
is home to some of the best dive facilities in Asia. Golf is available
at the Ponderosa Golf Course, just 30 minutes away.
Location
To Batangas City by road, which takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Then a fast
ferry for one hour to Puerto Galera and a five-minute boat ride to the
house.
