It is a part of the De La Salle University-College of Saint Benilde campus and houses the School of Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management (SHRIM), Career Development Program (CDP), Center for English Language Learning (CELL), Social Development Research Center (SDRC), Caucus for Power Reduction (CPR) and the DLSU-Angelo King Institute for Economic and Business Studies.

It is 15 minutes away from the entry ramp of the Skyway, which offers the quickest route to the business parks and commercial centers in the south.
