Cavite Philippines Travel and Tours

Cavite is part of Region IV-A, or (Calabarzon - Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Quezon Region) or the southern Tagalog Region. It is Bordered by Metro Manila in the North, Laguna in the east, Batangas in the south and by Soouth China Sea on the west.

Cavite City was best known in the past as the main base of the Philippine Navy, but has now become a satellite city of Manila, with a massive influx of new residents and rapid industrial development. The main attractions in the area are the Island Cove and Leisure Park and several first class resorts.

Cavite is known for its rich history and a large number of National Heroes. It is sometimes called "Land of the Brave" or the History Capital of the Philippines. Those who live in Cavite are called Caviteņos.
